Interview conducted during Agiles 2009 event in Florianopolis, Brazil with Diana Larsen, author of "Agile Retrospectives: Making good teams great!" and chairman of the Agile Alliance Board of Directors. Diana talks about what a retrospective is, where they come from and how they are structured. She also expands on some related sociological topics and talks a bit about the future of the Agile Alliance and Agile in general.
